#### India

| **Plastic Waste Management Rules, Extended Producer Responsibility with recycled-content targets (indicative)** | Bio-PE counts as plastic; no specific credit for bio content found |
| **National Policy on Biofuels (ethanol pricing and E20)** | Determines ethanol available for chemicals |

#### Supply risk

Single-plant dependence: Braskem Triunfo supplies almost all dedicated bio-PE, so any outage or Brazilian ethanol shock cuts supply.
