#### How Indian buyers price it

- Reliance, IOCL, HMEL, Nayara and OPaL set ex-works list prices against CFR India import parity plus customs duty; Reliance raised PP by Rs 4/kg (basic) from 5 Sep 2026 (Polymerupdate).
- Indian domestic raffia prices rose by more than Rs 50,000/t (about $540/t) between 28 Feb and 18 Mar 2026 (S&P Global).
- No current DGTR duty on PP confirmed in sources reviewed.
