#### Supply risk

Supplier concentration by niche; PGMs, vanadium and nickel are critical minerals in EU and US lists. JM's sale of Catalyst Technologies to Honeywell (completed July 2026) puts a major syngas and methanol licensor alongside UOP under one owner.
