India is the second-largest cement market (470 Mt in 2025, 12% of world) but uses fewer admixtures per tonne of cement than Europe or the US because much concrete is still site-mixed (indicative). Domestic formulators make most products; PCE macromonomers and some polymers are imported. Pidilite and Sika both reported double-digit or dynamic growth in 2025-26.
