How Indian buyers price it
- Imports are priced CFR India against Chinese, Thai and Korean offers; DCTL will sell against import parity once its plant starts (indicative).
- The BIS quality-control order on polycarbonate was withdrawn on 12 Nov 2025 with 13 other polymer and polyester QCOs (BIS notification via ELP, Nov 2025).
- No current Indian anti-dumping duty on PC was found in sources reached; BPA anti-dumping petitions affect feed (BPA tile).
